Podcasts.ca (podcasts.ca) is operated from Canada. Contact us at hello@podcasts.ca.
What we collect
- Account data: email, name, and authentication info (via Google or email/password).
- Usage data: pages visited, searches, pitches sent, contacts revealed.
- Payment data: handled by Stripe — we never see your card details.
- Podcast metadata: public information about podcasts (titles, hosts, RSS feeds).
How we use it
To operate the service, send transactional and authentication emails, process payments, prevent abuse, and improve features. We do not sell personal data.
Email & CASL
We comply with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Transactional emails (auth, receipts, pitch confirmations) are sent under implied consent. Marketing emails require express opt-in and include unsubscribe links.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by emailing hello@podcasts.ca. We respond within 30 days.
Data storage
Data is stored on Supabase infrastructure (primarily Canada/US regions). Payment data is stored by Stripe.
Cookies
We use first-party cookies for authentication sessions only. No third-party advertising cookies.
