Acceptance
By using Podcasts.ca, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
Accounts
You're responsible for activity under your account. Keep credentials secure. You must be 18+ or have parental consent.
Acceptable use
- No spam, harassment, or unsolicited bulk pitches.
- No scraping, reverse-engineering, or circumventing rate limits.
- Contact information revealed is for direct outreach only — no resale or list-building.
- Pitches must be relevant and respectful of podcast hosts' stated preferences.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel anytime from your dashboard — access continues to period end. Refunds are at our discretion and generally not provided for partial periods.
Content
You retain ownership of pitches and content you submit. You grant us a license to store, display, and transmit it for the purpose of operating the service.
Podcast directory
Podcast metadata is drawn from public RSS feeds and other public sources. Hosts may claim their listing and request edits or removal at any time.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account anytime.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We don't guarantee that pitches will be answered, accepted, or result in bookings.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
